As the Social Media Services Manager at Hubbard Broadcasting, Melissa is turning heads. On a day-to-day basis, Melissa can be found working with clients and team members to drive social media strategy, leading initiatives to identify new technologies and digital best practices, developing campaigns that drive online interaction, and promoting content that both enhances customer experience and creates lead generation. This year, she was named one of AdFed Minnesota’s 32 Under 32, a list of the “true movers and shakers who shape the [advertising, marketing, creative and PR] industry.” Melissa regularly speaks at local and national events where she inspires through discussion of social media, PR, analytics, and content strategy.
Passionate and dedicated, Bill is making waves as a Regional Account Manager at Greater Media. Bill told Radio Ink that he first became interested in radio while working around the house on weekends with his dad. “To me, the DJs were the rock stars and I was hooked,” he said. Since then, his passion for radio has only grown as he creates custom programs to address specific marketing objectives, utilizes multimedia campaigns to generate ROI for clients, and creates marketing and advertising programs for brands around Philadelphia. At Hubbard Interactive and Broadcasting, Kelsey is being amazing as marketing account manager. She can be found helping her clients with their specific digital marketing needs in social media growth and management, website design, mobile optimization, SEM and other digital outreach as well as growth and presence on search and display. Kelsey is excited about creating long-lasting relationships with her clients, which she fosters by strategically finding ways to grow their businesses and exceed their expectations. In addition to this work, she also works in radio advertising for a local women’s conversation station, myTalk107.1.
A self-proclaimed “color-outside-the-lines sort of thinker,” Georgia is flying high in her role as director of digital sales at Beasley Broadcast Group. A work day in the life of Georgia includes creating integrated marketing solutions that reach, target and engage consumers, managing and growing sales for all Digital Media Solutions, and customizing digital solutions for clients to enhance on-air partnerships across platforms.
